yuzu ponzu sauce

< Ingredients >
100cc Dashi (100cc Water and 10g Kelp)
100cc Tamari
50cc Yuzu Juice(no salt added)
15cc Mirin

gluten free cookies

< Instructions >
1. Add water, kelp, tamari, and mirin to a pot, and bring the ingredients to a boil. Then, remove heat and allow the ingredients to cool.
2. Take out the kelp, and combine with yuzu juice
