green tea cookies - gluten and soy free!! -

< Ingredients >
Makes about 30 sticks

A)

- 70g White rice flour
- 20g Almond powder
- 70g Arrowroot flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Green tea powder

B)
- 4 Tablespoons Rice oil
- 4 Tablespoons Maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Beet sugar

< Instructions >
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Combine all the ingredients listed in section A and shift them.
3. Combine all the ingredients listed in section B and mix well with a whisk.
4. Add B into A and mix with a spatula.
5. Put the dough into the piping bag and make shapes you like.
6. Bake then in an oven for about 25-30 minutes.
