cranberry sauce - must item for thanksgiving day! -

< Ingredients >
Makes about 30oz

16oz cranberries
1 large orange
1 bottle (21oz) brown rice syrup

< Instructions >
1. Wash the cranberries very well
2. Zest the orange, cut the it in half, and squeeze the juice
3. In a pot, add the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and brown rice syrup, and mix them well.
4. Bring the pot to a boil and simmer until the cranberries are the desired texture.
Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more orange juice.
